We were delighted with this property!! It was exactly as pictured and was an exceptional place to stay! Sparkling clean! Very, very comfortable! Spacious! Beautifully decorated! There was nothing we needed that wasn't already provided! Our host contacted us shortly after our arrival, assuring us that we could contact her at any time if we had questions or needed help in any way. Air conditioning and/or heat were available. Parking is right next to the carriage house. The stairs, both inside and out, were very manageable (not steep). Television and appliance directions were conveniently available. Check-out was simple. The only drawback was needing GPS to find the property which was nestled in a very nice neighborhood, We would HIGHLY recommend this rental, and we definitely would like to return the next time we're in Medford!

Great stay. My parents live 5 minutes away but this gave us a quiet respite from a house full of family. The bed was amazing and the living area was super comfy. Only wish there were some blankets available for the couch but that's a minor thing.

The property was fabulous, the best-equipped vacation rental we have experienced. The kitchen was thoughtfully supplied, including a spice rack that made cooking feel just like being at home.Everything about our stay was positive. The owner gave us plenty of privacy while also checking in to make sure everything was going well, which we appreciated.The home was comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The attention to detail meant we never found ourselves needing anything during our stay. It truly felt like staying in our own home.

Wonderful hosts that were not only kind and attentive, but wonderful neighbors!The 2-story carriage house lodging overlooked wonderful zen gardens as well as the Roxy Ann Winery. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, high quality linens, comfortable living and office space made our month-long stay feel like home!We look forward to returning-

We'd definitely stay there again! Was concerned about how hot it would be with the bedroom essentially being on the 3rd floor but the AC worked fabulously. There's motion night lights so you don't have that constant glow, which made for darker sleeping conditions. The kitchen is stocked well and the fridge a great size. We're not coffee drinkers, but did notice that they had a Keurig and stocked plenty of Kcups, plus a nice little Harry and David snack tray. Plenty of bathroom towels. One thing to know is that the laundry isn't directly inside the unit but can be accessed by contacting the host, so you'll need to plan ahead and not wait until late at night to do your laundry (detergent smells great!). Very quiet neighborhood with gorgeous landscaping throughout.

Comfortable stay

The carriage house was super well appointed and thought out with everything to make your stay comfortable. Bed and pillows were soft, k cups and tea provided was really nice. Quiet and comfortable. Nice hosts who were very responsive.

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed as my better half ran in the local half marathon. Less than 30 minutes to Ashland and Lithia Park. Will stay here again. Amazing place to stay.

Beautiful and quiet carriage house

The carriage house was such a beautiful, well kept, secure and fun getaway!! We enjoyed the evening sunset from the deck and the beautiful city lights from the sitting area in the bedroom. Looking forward to coming back here again!!

The Carriage House does not disappoint. It is a clean and tidy space, well apportioned, with a comfortable bed. Spacious and welcoming it made our stay nice and easy.
