We were unable to get into the home due to front door lock problem for 22 hours after expected check in. Landlord is not local and had no local backup plan. Community pool and playground were closed but landlord didn’t know and confirmed availability. Back garden was not good for kids as there was a gigantic wasp nest. Toilet valve was broken. All addressable issues. Property was otherwise comfortable and reasonably well appointed.
