This unit was as described. However, the difficult back parking area and the unit being essentially a garage were not known to us. When we had problems *needed more tiwels and the disfunctiominhdoor l, George and Ann addressed them immediately, and they could not have been nicer. The supplies are a little scant, they could use some more Cutlery and tissue, a few more towels, more plates and bowls. It just needs to have a bit more then exactly two of everything. Also the conditioner dispenser did not work, but I'm sure they don't know that, because I did not mention it to them as we were checking out. It was not that big a deal. Again, very clean, very nice and responsive posts. Thank you again!

Great experience with the host.A few details to consider improving:- new pillows for the bed- potholders would be helpful since there is an oven- couch is very low and not comfortable to sit on- Kleenex would be nice- parking was quite tight and tricky, even when I was the only car and the car was a compact
