Welcome to Lakehouse Landing.

Lakehouse Landing is a clean, comfortable, peaceful and spacious villa where it is easy to relax and unwind with family and friends. It is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac, and looks out over a conservation area and lake. The villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each stay.

Wake up to a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy your morning outside by the pool while looking out at the water. Enjoy fantastic days in the pool, wonderful sunsets over the lake and evening swims.

• Removable kids safety pool fence
• High Speed internet, Wi-Fi, and a desk for writing or for your laptop.
• Non slip tiled floor through majority of house.
• There is a full size kitchen and laundry facilities, with everything you will need to make this a home away from home.
• No fighting for the bathroom, with 3 Master ensuites, in the 4 bathroom house.
• Flat screen TV in every bedroom. All TV’s have Spectrum Cable TV and a variety of Apps to use with your accounts such as Disney+, HULU, Netflix, etc.

• There are 2 seating areas, one being the family room with flat screen TV with patio doors leading to the pool deck. The second seating area is a quiet den with comfortable sofa for just relaxing and reading.

• Our property management team live in the same subdivision and are able to provide immediate response to guest emergencies, and the ability to handle any issues quickly and efficiently.

• Orange Tree is located just 8 miles from DISNEY main gates
• There is also, free for your use, a tennis court, pickleball court, a 5 acre playing field, soccer pitch and two children's playgrounds (tot lot). There is a lake where you can fish, and a beautiful conservation area, making Orange Tree a very desirable place to stay.

Very comfortable villa, beds and sofas very comfortable. Outside table and chairs could do with replacing and attention to details needed such as pool cues with no tips, gaffer tape around kitchen sink tap, and coffee machine and ice maker need a deep clean. However the area is very quiet and met all our needs.

Excellent stay. :)

Overall, the location locally in the neighbourhood and within the Orlando area is perfect. The villa is in great condition and beautifully overlooks one of the lakes in a quiet cul-de-sac.My entire family lived this place and would happily return. :)

Everything you need for your family to have a fun relaxing time is here!!!! Came to Orlando for a graduation/birthday celebration to visit the theme parks. One day of the trip was a chill by the pool day. By way the view of the lake from the pool was phenomenal. My kids, or should I say my young adults, are easily bored. Between the pool, game room, the gaming console, board games, tv, and books NO ONE was bored!! Kinda wish we had another relax day . We loved that everyone in our group had their own bathroom. Made getting ready so convenient. Kitchen is fully stocked, and had pretty much everything you need. The only thing that was missing was a baking sheet, which we improvised and found a solution when baking cookies. Beds were super comfy. Super close to Disney, about a 40/45 minute drive to Universal. Would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Pool & Spa with a View

Everything was great - 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms works out perfectly. The only drawback is that the large “L” shaped couch is well worn (springs are weak). Lots of plates, utensils and pots and pans. We’ll worth the stay

Great stay!!

This home was perfect for our group! We loved the pool and hot tub and spent every morning in it. It was in a quiet location that was not too long of a trip to the parks. We were traveling with 4 teens and everyone had enough space to take a break from each other while also having things to do together.

Family getaway

Family golf week

This was a perfect house for my family golfers. We were within 35 minutes to Orange County National and Disney courses. This was the kids first Florida golf experience and it did not disappoint. Thank you Laurie for all the correspondence prior to our trip. You have a beautiful home!

Absolutely wonderful! We spent a lovely holiday together. House is well maintained, cleaned and provided some surprising extras! The pool was the star of the show- no doubt about it! However, the train sets provided hours of quality play for the grandbabies! Loved all the room to roam!

Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect getaway for our family. The house was exactly as listed and provided an amazing place for our family to explore Florida! We had just the right amount of space to enjoy time together and also get some space when needed. We loved the privacy of the pool and the quiet, peaceful environment. The house was located within 20 minutes of the Disney parks and about 40 minutes from Universal which made it a great central location that enabled our family to explore the area. We would definitely stay again!!

A very nice spot to observe animals all through the day! Very private backyard. Lovely house with all that you need for a vacation stay. Kitchen well equipped for your needs! All beds clean and comfortable! And close enough to parks and activities and restaurants!

Golf getaway

The house was perfect for 8 adults. 3 couples and 2 singles. The hot tub and pool was ready and warm. The house was clean. We would definitely stay there again and hope to book it again next year. Great place.

This is a beautiful, well equipped villa in a lovely area of Florida, close enough to all the parks and shopping centres, there is a Publix and Walmart close by. The villa itself is in a lovely setting overlooking a nature reserve with plenty to see. The sun-sets are beautiful. The villa is well equipped, and although a little dated, was perfectly adequate for 8 adults. The pool is lovely and was cleaned regularly. Can thoroughly recommend and would stop there again without hesitation.

Perfect House For Families

We loved this house! It was huge with plenty of room to spread out. We were a extended family of 7 with adults ranging from 18-56. Each of the couples had their own room/bathroom and my daughter had a bathroom to herself too because we didn't even use a bedroom(those 2 rooms share a bathroom)I can't even tell you how valuable it was to be able to spread out during our week. We went to all of the Disney parks and Universal. When we got home we could shower in our own bathrooms and get out to the gorgeous pool/hot tub(well worth the extra money for heat!)and relax. The laundry room is right off the kitchen and the garage has been turned into a game room. I would definitely recommend this place if you have a larger family for sure!

Summer Universal Trip

The home was spacious, and the amenities were just what we were looking for. However, the homes ac system was awful and stayed around 80° to 82° our entire 4+ day stay. We were basically told that it's hot outside, so the home would be hot. It was terribly uncomfortable after being in the heat all day at theme parks to come back to a hot house. I also found a pair of dirty men's underwear under a chair in my room. The walls were filthy. Every member that stayed in the home with us has found bed bugs either in their vehicles or luggage or both. We all came from different households, and the rental was the only common denominator.

Perfect week

We just returned from our week at the house and have nothing but positive comments to make. We had the entire house to ourselves (family consisted of parents and adult sons aged 21 and 18). There was so much space to spread out, yet not so large that we didn’t come together for fun. The kitchen has full-sized appliances and is well stocked with dishes and cookware. The three suites allowed us to be spoiled with space, but I can imagine how helpful it would be with multiple generations or multiple couples or families. We swam in the pool every day and were so thankful to have it when the heat index rose to 112 degrees during our stay! Although we were in a lovely neighborhood, which was very quiet…it was near plenty of stores and restaurants. The pond in the back gave us privacy as well as tons of birds to watch. The house was clean, comfortable and homey. We are so grateful you shared it with us and we would return again in a heartbeat!

Family holiday 16/09/19 - 1/10/19

The villa was amazing! Arrived on the Monday teatime. Jacuzzi light was not working, reported it and it was fixed the following day! Great service provided throughout our stay. The pool is fantastic to relax in and enjoy a swim. The jacuzzi is even better after a long day at the parks, what better way to relax. The villa is situated in a lovely quiet neighbourhood overlooking a beautiful lake. If you look to the right of the lake you can just see the fireworks at night👍🏻. Sunsets are amazing to watch. We spend a lot of evenings out on the pool deck (which is massive) just watching. The villa has everything you could ask for, from small children to teenagers and even adults. We stayed here for 2 weeks and didn’t want to leave. What more can we say but thank you Laurie your villa is beautiful and we ALL would recommend it. We will definitely be back!! The Hills family xxx

Air Conditioner DOES NOT WORK

The air conditioner does not work properly. We had the property manager in several times during the week and he stated that their was nothing he could do to improve it. The property manager had an Ac repair company out on Tuesday of our stay and said that they stated the Ac unit was old and needed to be replaced ,and that there was nothing that they could do., As the week progressed we were never able to get the home below 85 degrees during the day and some days it got up to 90 degrees. On Wednesday it got so warm it left my daughter in tears. At night it would only go down to 75 to 78 degrees and without the ceiling fans on high in the bedrooms you would not of been able to sleep. , In fact the one bedroom where my granddaughters slept had a ceiling fan that only ran on low. This room became untenable to sleep in which resulted in my granddaughters sleeping on the couch in the living room for the last several nights. Thank goodness the ceiling fan in the living room worked well or we would not have been able to stand the place,. The owner stated that the air worked fine and gave us a 200 rebate. This was not close to enough for the discomfort. The statement that the air was fine was a slap in the face after what the property manager and AC repair man told us!! The property manager was , polite , professional , and right there when you called him. I can not say enough good things about him, he even brought us some floor fans and offered us another rental to go in on Thursday, We did not want to spend half a day of our vacation moving , We talked it over and not knowing what the other unit would be like decided to stick it out knowing that that most of our remaining time would be spent in the theme parks , and that we had to be out by 1000 AM on Saturday. The pool was a God send and the only thing that salvaged or HOT and humid stay. Otherwise the home is nice and equipped well. You will not want to use the pool table or other games in the garage since the fan does not work in the garage either and the garage is not air conditioned.
