I was so thankful to find this comfortable and welcoming ground floor condo. It was the perfect size and had everything I needed for my stay. The hosts were very responsive and gracious. The condo is conveniently located and has the washer and drying in the unit. It was an added bonus during the cold front to not have to go to a laundry room.

We are a recently retired couple that enjoys 2 grandsons in WC and 2 in San Luis Obispo. So we are doing traveling between our 2 homes. We have been long time users of VRBO and loved the concept of sharing our homes with travelers that are tired of staying in small, cramped Hotel rooms with little or no homey feal.

Why they chose this property

After looking for a place for over a year we finally found what we were looking for!!!!!! Ground floor, 1 Bedroom, large bathroom, Covered and reserved Parking and most importantly in unit Laundry. Then we gutted the kitchen , bathroom and living room and added everything what we wanted to make it our home.

We travel quite a bit so having Bart walking distance (3 small blocks) has made coming and going super easy as both Oakland airport and SFO are only a Bart ride away.

We can bike ride Iron Horse trail to our kids house and there is everything we need either a short drive or a pleasant walk away.

What makes this property unique

The Number one rule in Real Estate....... Location, Location, Location.

After 4 years we could not ask for anything more from this location and home.

Love it while we are there..... Enjoy coming back to it.
