First impressions are everything and we were beyond pleased with this home and it exceeded our expectations. It was exactly like the photos and we had plenty of space. We all enjoyed our stay. The host was very professional, gave clear instructions and were quick to answer any questions we had. Every room was well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It was a great experience for us and we highly recommend this property.

The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate my request for additional towels for my traveling group. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, meeting all of our needs throughout our stay. The location was excellent, with convenient access to the theme parks, grocery stores, gift shops, and other nearby attractions, all within a reasonable driving distance. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

Property was well equipped and very clean! Had plenty of trash bags and other toiletries. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots, pans and dishes. I especially liked that there were plastic dishes for the younger kids. The pool was a lot of fun and we had plenty of towels that we could also dry in the dryer. Great job on labeling the light switches to indicate the purpose of each switch. Communication was quick and very helpful. Our first communication was after 11 Pm at night and response was within minutes. Overall a very good stay and deserving of the 5 rating.

This is the perfect place to stay! There is plenty of room, entertainment for all ages right there on the property and close to all the parks. It is by far my favorite rental yet. We loved the pool days to recover from all the walking and heat in the parks and nights playing in the game room. There is also a playground and splash pad a short walk away. The parking is very convenient and the security of being in a gated area was comforting. It is a quiet place after being in the craziness of the parks. The owners are great and provide everything you need to know for your stay. Check in and parking passes are a very smooth process. We will be back. We all absolutely loved it and did not want to leave on check out day so book your stay today! We will not regret it.

The entire house was beautifully decorated and clean. Check in and out process was a breeze. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked with essential to cook and make meals for the family. Highly recommend. We’ll be back next year!

This is our second year at this property and would never hesitate to stay here. The location is great and the house is set up to accommodate a large crowd without feeling like it is a large crowd. Kelly is an excellent host and as he lives close by, he promptly addresses any concerns. The pool and hot tub operated well and were enjoyed by all.

The house was beautiful. We loved having our own king bedroom and each got our own bathroom. We also liked the pool, it was warm and clean. The house was just right for the 8 of us. The pool was enjoyable. The last day it was over chlorinated and did make our little one sick but the week of our stay it was good. The hot tub was on the cooler side but notified host and asked for it to be adjusted and it was immediately. Very nice to have all the pool accessories.
