Welcome to Paloma Creek, a comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with 6 beds and space for up to 8 guests. Enjoy an inviting open layout, full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, Smart TV, Alexa, PS4 games, board games, washer, and dryer.

Resort-style community amenities are just across the street and within walking distance. Guests can enjoy the shared heated outdoor pool, splash pad, playground, basketball court, cornhole, clubhouse, firepit, walking trails, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating.

After a day exploring the area, relax on the patio, stream your favorite shows, prepare dinner together, or enjoy family game night. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are nearby, making this home a convenient choice for family trips, longer stays, and Arizona getaways.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No food or drinks in bedrooms. Please remove shoes inside the home.

Dogs only. $50 pet fee. Keep dogs off beds/furniture, crate when unattended, and pick up waste. Guest pays for damage or excess cleaning.

Maximum 2 dogs unless approved before booking. All dogs must be house-trained. Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges.

Beautiful and clean home with a very responsive Host.No usable private outdoor space (the small backyard is completely empty and bare). However, the home is very spacious inside and is essentially across the street from the community pool (with splash pad), playground, and shared outdoor space. This community area was great for kids.Kitchen, laundry room, and bedrooms were well supplied and had everything we needed for a long stay.Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this rental.

I just wanted to take a moment to share what I enjoy most about our neighborhood.

One of the highlights for me is the BBQ gatherings we have. There's nothing quite like the smell of grilled food wafting through the air. I love watching families gather around, laughing and chatting.

Another joy is seeing the kids jump into the heated pool all year round. Their laughter while splashing around is infectious! The splash pad is always a hit, and it’s a delight to see them play at the playground and the basketball court.

I truly cherish the time spent with my family, whether we’re playing corn hole or just relaxing outside together. It’s moments like these that remind me how lucky we are to live in such a vibrant community.
