About this property

Beautiful condo on the intracoastal waterway - walking distance to New Smyrna Beach, Flagler Avenue, and downtown New Smyrna Beach. All furniture/furnishings are brand new. Gorgeous heated pool located next to the clubhouse - which has a full kitchen, pool table, ping pong table, etc. You can fish off the dock. There are two gas grills, a fire pit, and shuffle board. There is on-premises laundry and an assigned parking spot.
