Porch and balconies all have fabulous beach views. Beach access is just right across the street. The living room, kitchen and dining room are in one large open area where everyone can congregate and enjoy vacation life with family and friends. Or if isolation with private time is desired, the layout of the home affords this as well. Large private backyard with grill. Originally from Alabama, our family started relocating to Panama City Beach several years back. The beach has always been a big part of our lives.
Why they chose this property
The west end of PCB has always been a more family friendly neighborhood. Far enough away from the chaos and parties but close enough to enjoy the food, shopping and a variety of entertainment.
What makes this property unique
This beautifully decorated home offers truly unobstructed Gulf views and multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy them. Two master bedrooms feature private balconies, while the third-floor observation and sun deck provides an incredible vantage point for sunrise, sunset, and everything in between. The widow’s nest is wrapped in windows and includes comfortable seating, a wet bar with mini fridge, and a convenient half bath—making it the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. With expansive windows throughout the home, breathtaking views surround you at nearly every turn.
