Deeply disappointed. This is our 4th stay at Kuau Plaza. All the other units were nice. This owner put no effort in providing a pleasant stay. Stained carpet needs to be replaced. Kitchen cabinets need upgrading , it was hot and uncomfortable. We have been to Maui twice a year for the last 5 years. We always stay in Paia. We love Maui and saddened by this experience.

This property was misrepresented. It looked very clean and nice on arrival. Carpets walls. Cabinets were filthy. It wasn’t a cleaning problem. The property is very rundown. No air-conditioning half the fans don’t work. I would not rent unit 302
