Was only in town for 48 hours and had never visited Seattle before and this was an absolutely great location, perfect amenities, very clean property, and the host, Vu, was so helpful, communicative and provided us with a great restaurant recommendation. Would definitely come back and stay at Vu's place again.

All good. Place was clean and comfortable. Temperature was easily adjustable with separate controls in living and bedroom areas. Digital entry lock dial was a little funky but we figured it out. I would suggest adding a few glasses to the dishes category. I appreciated the quick responses from the owner. All in all good.

Home was great except for the lack of some kitchen items needed to cook. Please note there is no can opener, no baking dishes (besides an old metal disposable baking pan), and no spatulas for baking or oven kits. The baking piece really needs to be addressed.

Very clean, comfortable beds, great location from the city. Stayed four nights. Safeway market a block away. Parking good. Shower tad bet small, I’m 6’, 225. Nice having washer and dryer. Quite area. Nice back porch to set out on, however needs better chairs. Appliances nice. I would definitely stay again.
