The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Late Check out is not allowed without prior approval.
The golf cart should be left in the garage, plugged in to ensure a full charge for the next guest, the garage door opener in the golf cart and the key left in the ignition in the off position.
Report any damaged or missing items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all adult guests prior to check-in.
A golf cart liability waiver will be sent approximately 6 days prior to arrival and must be signed prior to receiving access to the golf cart keys.
No smoking or vaping inside the home, garage, or lanai. Violations may result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. Owners were amazing to rent from. Home is comfortable and feels like home. Beautiful accommodations with great communication with the owners.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host truly thought of everything, from all the kitchen appliances to all the light switches being labeled so it was very easy to navigate. Communication was excellent, and every detail was carefully considered to make our stay easy and enjoyable.The location was perfect for us to visit family in Middleton and enjoy everything the area has to offer. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free getaway!

We have rented a lot of homes and this ranked at the top. Very clean, in great condition, well stocked and organized with everything labeled. Owner was very responsive and thought of everything you could need! We couldn’t recommend any improvements. Highly recommend this house!!

The host is amazing. The house is new, the furniture is new and has everything you need. The golf cart is perfect for going to the town centers. The house is so close to Eastport town center. Loved everything about it. Only one thing I would suggest is to have a variety of pillows. They were too overstuffed to sleep on comfortably. It hurt our neck.
