Enjoy a brand new custom kitchen fully stocked with all you should need to cook at home. This home offers 3 cozy bedrooms - 2 with king beds and a 3rd bedroom with a twin over double bunk and a separate twin bed. The master en-suite bath has a walk in shower and the guest bath has a double vanity with tub/shower combo. With amenities like a fully fenced yard, deck and patio, front covered porch and ample parking, guests will feel right at home. Restaurants, shopping, entertainment, beach, biking and walking trails are all a few short minutes away. Relax in this beautiful space after a day of exploring the city, enjoying the beach or biking miles of trails on the Cross City Trail located just down the road. This is also the perfect place for parents to visit students attending UNCW, just around the corner. Want to bring your boat or RV, no problem, there's plenty of parking in our driveway! Take a stroll in beautiful Autumn Hall, located just behind our home. Coffee shops and breakfast spots are so close! You could not be anymore conveniently located while visiting Wilmington, NC!

Remove all trash and put into the green can outside the home. Recycle items go in the blue can.
Remove all personal items, food and drink. Dry, unopened foods may stay, like spices.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties allowed.
Do not leave children under the age of 18 unattended.
A picture of the original renter's face with their current ID holding next to it must be sent within 24 hours of booking to avoid cancellation.

Great stay. Host was responsive to questions upon arrival. The house is great for families. Has pretty much everything you will need for a short stay. Newly and beautifully remodeled. Spaces to gather and talk and also spaces for quiet reflection and reading. Very convenient to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home in Wilmington, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. The spacious living areas and cozy bedrooms made it feel like a true home away from home. Plus, the location was perfect, close to local attractions, great restaurants, and UNCW. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental and can’t wait to return!

This home stands out because it was completely remodeled in 2025 with a custom kitchen, new baths, new flooring, paint inside and out, finished garage, new deck, patio, AC and duct work, insulation too. Nothing in this home is old, except the bricks that hold it up! The yard is fully fenced and quite large for families and children to enjoy cooking out and playing!
