About this property
Brigantine Bayfront Oasis
Bring your family to relax on the bay and enjoy picturesque sunsets every night. Our home offers some of the best sunset views on the island while also being one of the quietest streets. The 18th hole of the Brigantine Golf Course is across the street and the club house is walkable. Our outdoor deck is an amazing space to entertain with a hot tub to enjoy below it. The kids will love swimming, fishing and crabbing off the dock.
Families only please.
Driveway can fit 4 vehicles easily and up to 6 depending on size. Free street parking is available. There is no parking available in the garage.
Bed Linens and bath towels will be provided.
Living Room 2 is the attic / 3rd floor which is used as a Kids Den with beds.
Beach chairs and (2) beach cruiser bikes are available for use in the garage.
Use of the dock is non-exclusive as jet ski floats and boat lift are used by others.
If you would like to bring watercraft(s), it can be arranged.
Families only please.
