Why they chose this property
Walking distance to everything you’d want in downtown OOB. If you don’t want to hear music, the bands do play outside until late at night in the nice weather so inquire about that if you have concerns. If you love the music, it’s amazing to be able to hear it from your room.
What makes this property unique
The Brunswick is an amazing oceanfront property in OOB with year-round entertainment. The bands are amazing! Our condo has two floors and an amazing balcony on each floor overlooking the beautiful ocean.
