Great place to stay for my wife and I. Only a few minute walk to the subway and grocery stores. Much cheaper than any hotel nearby and the place was very clean. Even the dishes and furniture were very clean which we appreciate because many rentals are not. There’s no tv in the photos but there is a large smart tv in the living room. Host was responsive and friendly to work with. Thanks!

We had a great time staying here. We were just a 5-minute walk from the metro and the bus station. The metro has multiple different train lines, which was great! The place was clean and nice. It was nice to have a place to sit, make dinner, and have a separate space for a bedroom. The kitchen had lots of utensils to use for cooking. And there is a washer and dryer that worked great. We did have to separate the trash into different categories, but it wasn't that big of an inconvenience. Simone was very helpful and kind! We would stay here again!

This was a delightful stay! I wasn’t sure what to expect from a basement apartment in DC, but it was quite spacious and recently renovated with all modern finishes. The couch was so comfy and the shower pressure was amazing! The host was very responsive and accommodating. I’ve already recommended this place to others. Thank you!

The property was just as described and pictured. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe for walking even in the evening for late night ice cream. The host was very responsive. We had an medical emergency arise while there, and her communication, support and help was amazing. I highly recommend this property to anyone travling to the DC area.
