Newly renovated in 2026, this oceanfront condo offers the perfect beachfront getaway just 248 steps from the sand. This charming, resort-style villa blends coastal elegance with modern comfort. Inside, you'll find stylish flooring throughout and an inviting, well-appointed kitchen featuring sleek white cabinetry, electric cooktop, toaster oven/air fryer, coffee maker, blender and dishwasher.

A spacious king-size bed is located in the open concept bedroom which offers plenty of storage space. The fully furnished villa has all items you need for a relaxing vacation. The living room provides a queen-size sofa sleeper, armchair, dining table and chairs. There are Smart TVs in the bedroom and living room with a full range of cable and local channels. Enjoy breakfast or happy hour watching the waves crash in from high-top chairs on the balcony. Two complimentary bikes, a beach umbrella, and chairs are provided for your convenience.

All decks at Seaside Villa were inspected 5 years ago and determined to be structurally fine. The deck are sloped to allowed water to run off. High deck chairs are provided to see over the railing in addition to a low rocker chair

This place was great and was perfect for my husband and I. The view was amazing and I loved drinking my coffee in the morning on the balcony. We loved that there were bikes available as we rode the provided bikes everywhere. Location is very close to shopping and lots of restaurants. Great place.

We were extremely pleased with the unit. The bedroom, with lots of closets and drawer space, was the best part (other one bedroom units we’ve rented have been claustrophobic in the bedroom). The view to the ocean, proximity to the beach and the fabulous sun deck were highlights of the vacation. The kitchen is extremely small and you don’t want to plan to cook much. But the restaurants on the island make up for that.

Our stay at Seaside Villas 326 was fantastic. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing and it provided us with stunning views all the time. , The bed was comfortable, the TVs were helpful when falling asleep, the air conditioning was perfect throughout the whole condo and it had everything we needed for a great stay. Villa that can't be beat!

We had a wonderful stay and this villa really can't be beat. It is a tremendous value when you consider the breathtaking ocean view, easy and direct walk to the beach, plentiful and convenient parking, lovely pool and well kept grounds, close proximity to restaurants and shopping, well-equipped kitchenette, new floors and lovely decor, comfortable bed and bedding. We highly recommend this unit and we hope to return next year!

This condo checked all the boxes for us. Clean, comfortable bed, great location on the island and perfect view of beach all day from the balcony. I think on our next visit to Hilton Head, we will plan it around open slots for this unit. The owners included bikes for the week too which was really great. They made everything so easy. Only thing I will put as a negative is we don't own this place !

Cozy Oceanfront Getaway

This is the perfect spot for a couples’ getaway. My husband and I went for a week to celebrate our 7th anniversary. We have stayed on the north side of the island several times, so it was new and exciting staying on the south side this time. The condo is only a short walk to Coligny plaza, lots of restaurants and things to do. The condo was very clean, the owner very responsive to any questions, and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water in the shower. There are 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that is easily set up that we used several times; and also 2 bikes. The best part though was the VIEW!! We watched many sunrises and sunsets from our personal balcony. Would highly recommend this property. We will be back for sure!
