Shorebirds 132 Top Floor! All New! Oceanfront w/180° Views - Immaculate/Private!

Welcome to Shorebirds 132! This superb one-bedroom retreat features an incredible panoramic view of the bay from its perch above the beach. Walk through the door of this serene, private oasis, and you'll feel like you're a world away from your everyday life.

Our third floor condo requires climbing only one flight of stairs. It features a modern kitchen, well-equipped for meal preparation. The living room, with vaulted ceiling, plentiful windows, and a south-western exposure, captures sunlight all day until the sun sets. The bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, and enjoys the same incredible views. A balcony, accessible from both the living room and bedroom, is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the beach without getting sand between your toes!

Linens, pillows, bath and beach towels are provided. The kitchen provides cook and bakeware, blender, coffee maker and grinder, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. Washer and dryer, with provided detergent, are in the unit.

There is plenty of parking, with charging stations available for your EV. Luggage carts are available at the parking lot, to make hauling your gear easier!

Things to do and see in the Monterey Bay Area:

With its location between Santa Cruz and Monterey, you'll be in a convenient jump-off point for a day exploring the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel-by-the-Sea, and Big Sur to the South, or Roaring Camp, the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and the wineries of the Santa Cruz Mountains to the North.

Pickle Ball, tennis and basketball courts are located on site, as well as a paved path around a lake. If you enjoy golf, there are several local golf courses nearby, and some of Northern California's premier golf courses are a short drive away. There is epic hiking in Big Sur, Henry Cowell Redwoods and Big Basin State Park - or walk for miles along the shore, just steps from your front door! Visit the harbor in Moss Landing for fish fresh off the boat, or launch a kayak and explore Elkhorn Slough. There are so many ways to enjoy the local beauty!

Whether you’re unwinding after a day exploring the attractions of the Monterey Bay Area, returning from a long walk on the beach, or simply enjoying a quiet morning, this condo offers an amazing spot to relax and recharge to the mesmerizing sights and sounds of the surf.

***Please be aware that, as per HOA rules, pets are not allowed in vacation rentals, and smoking is not allowed inside or on the balcony. There is a designated smoking area near the trash bins.***

The Condo was spotless and tastefully decorated. A lot of thought went into making you feel comfy and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, and made preparing meals easy. The view from this 3rd floor unit was spectacular. Loved the convenience of the beach access, just steps away. The complex grounds are kept neat and clean. It was a perfect holiday getaway.

The condo was everything we could have wanted. Beautifully updated, all furniture comfortable including the bed, modern kitchen, updated bathroom,everything functioning well. The best part was the view of the ocean with the big picture windows. We were lucky to have sunshine for our 4 days there and the view just can't be beat. It was easy to contact Nicole with a couple of small questions. The condo is just like the pictures show. There is a binder with restaurant recommendations. Lots to do in the area. We had a perfect stay. Thank you so much.

Shorebirds 132 is a fabulous unit with a stupendous, panoramic ocean view. We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before but this one outshines all past visits. Inside, the furnishings are fresh, clean, and very attractive. The gorgeous kitchen had everything we required to prepare most all our meals there - more time to soak up the view.As for our host, Nicole was very helpful and responsive when we texted with a few questions.Note: the third floor requires going up one flight of stairs, so there’s more effort to move your things in and out, but it was worth it for us.

We stayed in this lovely condo for 3 nights. Both my husband and I are kind of neat freaks/germaphobes and usually won't walk barefoot in hotels/condos....but we did! This condo was soooo neat and clean. We opened the door to a bright airy condo in perfect condition with the sounds of the ocean as white noise in the background. The host, Nicole text me throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The electricity went out and she checked on us, thankfully we were just getting ready to leave for the day so it didn't effect us at all. Everything in the condo worked well, the view was incredible, our stay was amazing and we were sad to leave. We will most definitely stay here again! Thank you Nicole!

Wonderful 180 degree view! Sunsets worthy of your screen saver. Everything was clean and new after remodel. Enjoyed 90 degrees on the beach-we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Generous and accommodating host. We’ll be back for sure!
