Make your family's vacation memorable in this lovely, oceanfront condo at Dunescape Villas in Atlantic Beach. This condo features all the comforts of home and all the amenities desired for a great vacation! No need to worry about carrying the luggage up the stairs to your condo - there is an elevator and luggage carts available to make for easy access. Imagine yourself basking in the sun around the outdoor community swimming pool while the children frolic in the water. Or follow the walkway to the beautiful, white, sandy beach where you can ride the waves, build sandcastles, or collect seashells!


This condominium offers a comfortable living room that is great for relaxing or cooling down after a busy day at the beach. Give yourself a time out and allow yourself to be carried away by the breathtaking view of the ocean and feel the refreshing ocean breeze as you unwind on the screened-in balcony just off of the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has all major and small appliances, making cooking for the family a breeze. Don't forget: the courtyard has shared charcoal grills for those delightful family barbecues. You'll have great dinner conversations after a fun day at the beach or other area attractions! When it's time for lights out, you have three bedrooms waiting to lull you to sleep with two-and-a-half baths for everyone. The primary room has a king bed, the first guest bedroom has a queen, and the second guest room has a twin-over-full bunk bed, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.


Don't worry about not having enough beach towels. You will find a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer located in the front screened-in foyer. Additional in-suite amenities include four TVs and a DVD player. The free WiFi access makes it easy for you to post your favorite vacation memories to your social media. Only con I had was that the elevator was out of service, but overall it was a good place to stay, right on the beach with plenty of activities to keep the kids happy within a few minutes’ drive. It was neat and clean and comfortable, and would definitely recommend others to stay here.

This place was perfect for our family weekend trip. The ocean view is great, the house was. Lean and tastefully decorated. The elevator was helpful in unloading things from the car. We loved being able to walk out to the beach quickly and the screened in porch was great. We will stay here again!

Comfortable with Great Location!

This condo has plenty of space to relax and enjoy meals together as a family. The kitchen has everything that we needed to cook meals. The beds are comfortable and each room as a TV. Access to the beach and pool is easy and fast. On the path to the beach, there is a large gazebo where you can enjoy a cocktail and the sunset! Suggest bringing (or renting) bikes for an easy ride to restaurants and bars.

Wonderful place to stay in Atlantic Beach

Great things to do very close by on rainy days - the Aquarium was terrific for small children. East access to the beach was nice. We watch dolphins from the porch. The house was perfectly laid out and the kitchen well stocked for making meals at home. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds and furnishings. Great restaurants nearby. We went to Oceanana Pier House twice. The chef and staff there are wonderful and sitting on the pier, watching the sunset while we ate was very nice. Delicious, well prepared food.

Me and my family traveled to Atlantic Beach from Texas for a wedding. The price point to accommodate 7 people was great for 4 days. The condo was very dusty and all appliances need upgrading. The keylock needs a new battery also we had trouble locking and unlocking the door. Over all the stay was just ok.

Nice for a short stay.

When first arriving, the condo was a bit musty smelling. We opened the door and aired it for a bit and it was better. The internet did not work properly. And the elevator did not work. But overall the unit was fine. The 2 leather chairs are super comfortable which is good for a condo.

The elevators are the HOA’s responsibility to maintain and unfortunately not something that our maintenance team can repair. However, we have reached out to the HOA and they are currently awaiting parts to fix the elevator. Good condo; wasn't ready on time

The condo is quite nice, with a balcony and a great view of the ocean. There's a pool available and easy access to the beach. Kitchen has pretty much everything you'll need. Only complaint was that the unit, which had a 4:00 PM check-in time, wasn't ready then (ended up being about 45 minutes late), and the Vacasa staff wasn't very apologetic. I indicated to the staff that this was an inconvenience, and they said they'd have the manager call me on Monday. She never called.

Great place for a Beach week

Great place to stay for a Beach week! Balcony and porch face the ocean and overlook the pool. Quick walk to the enjoyable beach. Stunning sunsets and sunrises! Walking distance by the shore to two different piers. Easy access to the bike/walking path. Newly remodeled master bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen. Very comfortable! Lots of games. Washer and dryer in the unit. Nice new TVs in each bedroom. Close to Atlantic Beach Circle, Morehead City, Morehead Waterfront, and Beaufort where are there’s a variety of activities and good restaurants. Many are on the waterfront with lovely views. Wonderful visit! Didn’t want to leave!

Perfect Place With Lots of Space

I stayed in this 3 bedroom unit with my two young children and best friend. We had a blast! Property is right on the beach with a pool and jacuzzi down below. There was plenty of space for me, my friend, and the kids to all have their own places to sleep. Unit is just like the picture. The balconies were a fantastic addition. Property is close to everything. Only complaints were we weren't able to locate the laundry room even after calling and speaking with the property management. We weren't able to find out if the pool was open during our stay until the last day of our stay, even after speaking with property management. There is an elevator available to get to this unit, however it would be beneficial to have instructions letting occupants know how to access the elevator for those who may not be able to use the stairs. There are a quite a lot of stairs.
