Our condo sits directly on Thames Street, surrounded by the vibrant pulse of Newport’s downtown. This celebrated stretch is home to waterfront restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, and well-loved spots that capture the city’s unmistakable character.

Its intimate size makes it easy to navigate, offering a quiet rhythm that reflects the essence of seaside New England.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.
Other Things to Note:
We provide dedicated parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway of the building. Only park in the spots indicated in your check-in instructions. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the dedicated driveway spaces and limit to 2 vehicles.

We live right down the street! Please do not hesitate to give us a call or text if you need anything. Otherwise, we like to give our guests their own space to relax and enjoy their stay.
