Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Towels: Hang all wet towels in the bathrooms.
Trash: Leave trash in front-deck bins with latches closed. Use green bags for trash, blue for recycling, and tie all bags securely.
Winter: Kitchen heater on Low; TV room heater off; keep all bedroom/bathroom doors open.
Summer: Turn off AC.
Bedding: Leave all bed linens on the beds.
BBQ Grill: Make sure the gas grill is turned off, cooled down, and covered.
Fireplace: Please ensure there is no fire active upon checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
