The Space:

Set on the ground floor of a building on Condado Avenue, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment sleeps up to 6 guests and puts one of San Juan's most walkable neighborhoods right outside your door.



The living area is open and relaxed, with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly corner for the mornings you need to check in with work before heading to the beach.



The primary bedroom is anchored by a king bed, while the second and third bedrooms each offer a queen bed. Each room has air conditioning, room-darkening shades for slow mornings, clothing storage, and extra pillows and blankets.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything for a home-cooked dinner or a quick breakfast: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and blender, plus cookware and wine glasses. A dining table brings everyone together at the end of a sun-filled day.



Both bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. A washer is available for longer stays, and beach towels and chairs are included, so all that's left is the five-minute walk to Condado Beach.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

The apartment is on the ground floor with a private entrance. Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and paid parking lots are nearby.



The Neighborhood:

Condado is San Juan's most polished oceanfront neighborhood: tree-lined streets, a sweep of golden sand, and an easy mix of cafés, boutiques and restaurants, all within walking distance. It suits couples, families and small groups who want the city and the beach in the same afternoon.

Getting Around:

San Juan Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is about a 10-minute drive away. Condado is very walkable: the beach, the lagoon, a 24-hour pharmacy and the restaurants along Ashford Avenue are all within a few minutes on foot. For Old San Juan, Ocean Park or a night out in Santurce, Uber is abundant, taxis are easy to find, and electric scooters are available throughout the neighborhood. A rental car isn't necessary unless you plan to explore beyond San Juan often.

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 11:00 AM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM.

- Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $150 per stay.

- A NoiseAware sound monitor measures decibel levels only; it does not record audio.



Online Check-In and Verification

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. This property does not have a backup generator. During an outage, we recommend keeping devices charged in advance and being mindful of perishable food.

- Water Supply: This property does not have a backup water tank. In the event of a water service interruption, we recommend using water sparingly until service is restored.

- Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
