Beautiful property — perfect for families!This property was beautiful and our family loved it. There was more than enough space for everyone, and the location was incredibly convenient — close to the Marine base, which was exactly where we needed to be. The host communicated very well throughout our stay and was responsive whenever we needed anything.We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to others, especially families visiting the base.

Bathroom on each floor, this is a duplex - the neighbors were quiet. We arrived very late and it was hard to find the key box. It is to the Left of the Garage. We had a large van and had to park sideways to get it to fit, but it was doable. So close to Sea World and the Zoo, it was perfect for what we needed.

There's a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. One upstairs, one on the main level and one in the basement. There is also a pull out sectional that could be used for a bed on the main level. Super easy check-in, but pay close attention to the parking instructions. If you have a larger vehicle (Our Atlas Cross Sport just barely fit) you may need to find parking on the street. We parked two cars in the garage, though:) The host was very clear on the instructions, so we were good to go! The house was clean and it worked perfectly for our purposes. We didn't get the opportunity to use the back patio or the kitchen, but there are spaces for people to be chill together or alone. Also loved that Jordan provided some local options in the instructions. I would definitely stay again! Thanks so much!

Overall, it's a nice place in a good neighborhood and the stay was pleasant. We appreciate the property being opened up to us to stay in. That being said, I have a couple things worth mentioning that I'd look into for future guests if it were my property. Guests should know the garage doesn't fit full size vehicles. If you have one, you'll need to park up on the street and it's usually a block away. Also, proper maintenance like clogged sinks and a shower knob needing to be taken apart to get hot water should be a guarantee. And I'd have obvious basics available to them like paper towels, garbage bags, and a dustpan even so unplanned store runs/expenses don't feel necessary to them. Thanks again for having us, I hope this message is helpful.

The Host is not the women in the photo. He doesnt even live out here. Hes in another country. Doesn't reply back. I asked to check in early and paid the extra fee. He never gave me access to check in. Ended up checking in at 5pm when i asked for and paid for a 1pm check in. He never refunded me my money back. Horrible host.

If you're looking for children that are professional complainers you found the right people check out the other reviews. We gave them an early check in they just checked in later and did not use the early check-in but the property was available in the morning. Yes I'm the woman that owns it. Like any professional we have managers and they happen to not be women or look exactly like me.

This space was ok for what we needed. Basically a place to stay for 12 hours. The stairs were duct taped. The garage door opener had no power to it, so we had to manually pull it open and closed - not a problem in itself - the real problem was that the garage door could not lock with no power. We played with the breaker board to no avail. The door leading into the house from the garage has no lock on it. So we, 4 women, had to sleep in an unlocked house. We moved a small shelving unit in front of the door in case someone tried to break in. After we checked out, I messaged the owner to let him know his house is sitting unlocked - got no response. That's a bummer because he was very communicative before. The price is so good and I wouldn't have paid more for this space.

I’ve never experienced a rental like this in my life. A piece of the stairs literally broke off as my friend was walking up. The garage door wasn’t functioning properly, with multiple error codes. When I communicated this to the host, they ignored the part about my friend injuring herself on broken step and just acknowledged the garage. The pictures posted of the home fail to show severe wear-and-tear of furniture (stains on couches, chunks of the “marble” dining room table missing, etc.). There was also an off-putting smell throughout the 2nd and 3rd floors. Even if the last person who stayed here had totally trashed it all on their own (which I HIGHLY doubt) and the Host truly had no knowledge of it, their lack of response to three separate messages of mine about safety issues is telling enough for me.
Wobbly step that collapsed under my friend (who probably weighs all of 120 pounds).
Peeling furniture throughout property.
Broken transition strip separating the kitchen and dining room.

They broke the stair and left a bad review that it was broken? Please see the other 10 out of 10 reviews. The stair has been replaced immediately after then but if somebody stands in the edge of a wood step is going to break. The error codes happen because they were pressing the program instead of the large open button.
