Luxury Villa - Private Pool and Hot Tub with Free Heat - 10 mins to Disney!

Situated in the gated community of Lindfields Reserve less than 10 mins drive from the magic of Disney World entrance. Universal is less than 30 mins away! Enjoy the exclusive use of this cool 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a pool and hot tub that is totally private and not overlooked like most other villas. Pool and hot tub heat are provided for free adding to your enjoyment. There is also a blue tooth speaker system available poolside to play those relaxing tunes or to crank up a little during happy hour at the outside bar. This beautiful home has a unique floor plan including a queen en-suite bedroom that can accommodate the in-laws, teenagers or friends located on the other side of the pool separate to the rest of the house. It comes with a cabana bath which can be accessed from poolside. The master king en-suite opens directly onto the pool and comes with double sink for added luxury. The twin has two single beds together with an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms come with 32 inch tv and comfortable pillow top mattresses. There is ample space in the airy living room which comes with a cathedral ceiling overlooking the pool. A 55-inch tv, dvd player, iPhone docking station, corner sofa and 2 comfy arm chairs are provided. The dining room can accommodate 6 whilst the breakfast bar seats four. There is an additional sitting area overlooking the pool with love seat for those who may wish to relax and read.
The open plan kitchen comes with granite counter tops and is very well equipped with an added selection of small electrical appliances, china, silverware, glassware & plasticware for the pool area. There is also a bar, sun loungers and dining table and chairs outside.

Great place great price!

We loved our stay. The AC unit broke when we arrived but they answered and had it fixed in less than 24 hours! Very clean place close to everything pool and hot tub were clean and nice temperatures. Beds were great. One shower didn’t work great but we just shared one that did! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Home Close to Disney

We stayed at this rental home for two weeks and it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day at the Disney parks. The pool temperature was comfortable and it is extremely private. House was very clean at check in and the property manager & owner were very responsive to any questions. Also the separate queen bedroom was perfect for our adult daughter and her friend. Being able to park in the garage was definitely a bonus. Overall an awesome vacation rental experience!

Our 2nd visit

We really enjoy this villa. We go for the pool and hot tub, to have some true relaxation time. Our dog loves it too. We were a bit disappointed this time due to the air blowers on the hot tub gave out and were not repaired before we left. Great communication with owner and property manager, just bad luck for us. Our backs were looking forward to daily hot tub jets. We hope to return again. Great location, even if you aren't going for the attractions.

Great getaway

Easiest check in we've had with vrbo. Great communication, house was exactly as we expected. Loved every minute of a purely relaxing trip. We were there for the private pool and hot tub, a place for us to relax. The pup loved that no matter where we were she could see us. Neighborhood quiet and safe. Every thing was updated and clean. We will be back!!!

Spacious Theme Park House Rental

We rented this house for the purpose of saving some money instead of staying on property at the theme parks. We also were traveling with 5 of us total (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 teenager), which meant staying in a typical hotel room was impractical. We enjoyed this spacious house that had plenty of bedrooms and beds for us to spread out. Cons: The pool and hot tub are heated as advertised, however, the heat turns off around 10pm. We often didn't get home until around 9 or 9:30 and my husband wanted to sit in the hot tub, but his time was very limited due to the heat shutting off. Also - the pool is heated all the time. The hot tub is not. In order to heat the hot tub, you have to turn on the hot tub, and then the heater switches from the pool to the hot tub - what this means is that it usually took around 45 minutes for the hot tub to actually get *hot* after turning it on - and that was disappointing. One other thing to note that I did not feel was clear in the original post description: the 3rd bedroom with the queen bed is in a completely separate area of the house. You actually have to walk "outside" to the pool area and then enter through a door to get into the bedroom/bathroom suite. This was completely fine for our teenager - he enjoyed having his private suite separate from the rest of us. But it would have been a big problem if we had a younger child who was planning on staying in that bedroom. The sliding glass doors that lead into the main house from the pool area are a little tough and take some strength to open and close and you cannot just leave them open because the pool area is literally outdoors and you'd be letting all the air conditioning out of the house. So - just be aware that you probably don't want to count on that third bedroom for young children - teenagers and adults, not much of a problem though. My husband and I stayed in the King suite - very comfortable bed. Our younger two kids stayed in the 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, and it was nice that they had their own bathroom as well. We also enjoyed being able to park our car in the garage every night. Most rentals where we have stayed don't necessarily allow that but it was a comfort to not have to leave our car outside in a neighborhood where we are unfamiliar with the area. The drive to the theme parks was about 20-30 minutes - lots of traffic in the mornings, but not too terrible. We went to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Universal Studios.

The house is just perfect for a family of 4 or even more. The dog-friendly aspect is just what we needed for a lazy bulldog. The price was astonishingly low for the property. I hope to stay there again if we head back to Orlando/Kissimmee.

Wonderful getaway

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. The pool area is lovely and the house had everything we needed. Bring extra TP, soap, and paper towels, that’s all that we didn’t have enough of. One of the best properties we’ve stayed at. Very clean and well maintained home. Thanks Dean! We hope to return!

Home away from home

The place was as described on the website. Very clean, the backyard pool area was set up perfect for us. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. It was an excellent 2 week vacation for me and my family and we are looking forward to staying at the same place next year. Thanks Dean for being a good host.

We loved our stay! The villa is clean and well maintained. We had a leak under our sink, upon calling the owner, she had her husband come right away to fix it. We loved the pool! Perfect setting in a gated community and only 15-20min from Disney! We already talked about coming back!
