This beautiful 3 bedroom home is just minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions. It rents for less than two average hotel rooms, but has all the amenities of a resort. The home includes a private heated swimming pool with spa and it will easily accommodate up to 6 people. The home consists of a very well-appointed living room, fully-equipped kitchen with attached eating area, separate dining room, full bath, and laundry on the first floor. The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, Flat Panel HD TV, and large deluxe en suite. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with Flat Panel HD TV. The third bedroom has two full sized beds, TV, DVD, and VCR. There is a second full bath for the second and third bedrooms.

Wonderful property and host

We cannot recommend this home enough. The space, facilities and furnishings were excellent. Loved late evenings in the spa area of the pool and early mornings with coffee and breakfast at the poolside table area. The beds were fabulously comfortable and extra spacious! The host was great at responding to requests and queries. We shall certainly check if this property is available before making our next trip to the area.

The perfect home for two weeks!

This villa is just perfect for a Disney trip. Average of 20 mins away from all of the parks (Universal a little longer but this is due to traffic) and everything you need is pretty much on the doorstep. Publix and Vineland premium outlets are a ten minute drive, as well as plenty of food places too! The villa itself was spotless and very welcoming, it just had a lovely feel as soon as you walked in. The estate itself was very quiet which was great for us after a long day at the parks! There was a lovely ginger cat who greeted us at the estate most evenings when we come home which was very sweet, we miss him! Everything in the villa was brilliant, from the pool, to the WiFi, washer/dryer - we just could not fault it at all. Thank you for having us Rick, we want to come back already!

Great location, fantastic pool, comfortable home

Communication with Rick was quick and easy and we had all the info we needed before we arrived. Accessing the house was easy. The house was clean and spacious, airy and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and HUGE and the large spa bath was a real treat after a day in the parks. The washer & dryer were handy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is great for Disney, shopping and restaurants. Very quiet neighbourhood with no passing traffic as it is towards the end of a cul-de-sac. Our favourite thing though was the pool and hot tub. Both were much larger than you would expect from a villa this size and it was so nice to cool off and relax in the pool. Plus after 13 hours in Epcot there is nothing nicer than a hot tub to help those aches and pains from all that walking! Highly recommended. We would definitely book this villa again when we visit Orlando.

Great House, Fantastic Facilities

Loved the house, pool was great, plenty of room, good size rooms and fully equipped.. Could do with a repaint, but you couldn't fault the place (that's just me being picky) Loved the place..

We stayed at Ricks property for a fortnight sep 2019 and found it was ideal for us. Not far from the parks and close to supermarkets and eatery’s on 192. The property was clean and the oversized spa and swimming pool is well screened, gets a good amount of sun and being heated tops it off. There was one small issue with the booking which Rick quickly alerted us to and to his credit made good recompense. Definitely on our ‘check it’s available on future trips list’ Thanks Rick Mike R
