- Located on 2nd floor accessed by stairs
- Gated beach access - code will be sent 24 hours prior to arrival
- Please take out garbage when you leave the dumpster is located at the end of the building to the right.
- NO wet clothing on furniture
- Remove sandy shoes and leave outside

The space was beautifully redone with all the amenities needed for a fantastic stay. We had so much space to spread out and enjoy our vacation. This was also a great spot with easy access to downtown, sites, and restaurants. We will look to stay again next time we visit St. Augustine!

Very nice stay. Melanie was a great host. The closed in back porch was spacious. Neon light was festive and had a cool vibe. Bed was comfortable. Could have used a couple more bath towels however. Would rent again.
