Three level living, main living space on first and second floors. Bedrooms on first and third floors. Plenty of space to store your outdoor gear in the practically designed gear room.

Within walking and biking distance to the Sugarloaf's network of trails Including X country and snowmobile trails. Full kitchen with dining area and two living rooms. Downstairs living room features a TV and game area.On demand shuttle bus to Sugarloaf or other stops in the valley.

Why they chose this property

We chose the Redington East neighborhood because it is a year round neighborhood and we enjoy the Carrabassett Valley in the summer and the winter for mountain biking and skiing and other outdoor adventures.

What makes this property unique

Our property truly is an updated version of the 1970’s ski chalets that you see through all of the Redington neighborhoods. The three story living gives us our main living floor on the second floor with great views of Sugarloaf.
