An impeccably clean, comfortable, bright & spacious 6 year new property fully-equipped & furnished 2 Bedroom Legal Suite with Laundry. I can supply a Queen Air Mattress & bedding, as well as extra towels to accommodate 6 for an extra fee of $100.
In-floor heat & air to air exchanger for added comfort. Separate entrance.

Outdoor BBQ. A small green space on property & plenty of green space immediately to the right of the property, perfect for a game of frisbee!
This neighbourhood is a lovely & quiet residential area. There is shopping & dining within 2 blocks. The lake is only 8 blocks away.
