Located in Bradley Beach - 4 blocks from the ocean - enjoy any season with what this 3-bedroom cottage has to offer! You will love your stay with us! We have 2 comforable queen beds and 2 twin beds. Guests can relax in the cozy bedrooms. We have FIOS internet and two Roku TVs.

The property features brand new central AC, new central heating, a hair dryer, brand new washer and dryer for added convenience. Nothing tops our brand new kitchen with stone countertop and all new appliances. The all brand new bathroom comes equipped with a shower and hair dryer. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. You will love it here! We've got a brand new deck and backyard landscaping, a brand new outdoor shower and we even have a brand new porch!

Playpen and high chair supplied if needed!
All renters must sign the rental agreement.

The house was nice and clean. Looks just like the photos. It was very close to the beach and restaurants. The host left some thoughtful gestures for our arrival which I thought was sweet. She was also very responsive to any questions I had.

We had a wonderful stay with our family (my wife and 2 kids). The place was super clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and we loved hanging out on the nice porch as well. The location was excellent - an easy walk to Main Street and the beach - and the host was incredibly responsive, made check-in easy, and added some thoughtful touches. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back. -- Brian

We had an amazing stay! The house is even better than advertised...a lot of nice touches you wouldn't expect. Communication with our host was seamless, helpful, and friendly. The area is beautiful. I liked being near Main St and also close to the beach. I highly recommend a stay here at this beautiful beach home.

I loved staying at this home just steps away from the beach. There is much to do in the area, the house is very clean and comforting and the host is very nice. Everything that we needed was in walking distance and the host left essentials for us in the house. Overall a very good time!

The house is 4 blocks from the beach - easily walkable. It also has a few spots like a bakery and some places to eat that are within walking distance. Parking in the street is very easy. The house is a classic beach house - cute and clean with functional appliances, comfy beds, and cool AC.The host is friendly and responsive. She helped us get into the house early and provided beach chairs and towels. The checkout process was also much easier than most hosts make it.We have been to the Jersey shore many times before, but this was our first time in Bradley Beach. It's a lovely town - quiet and clean and close to everything. We will definitely be back and looking to rent this same property! 10/10!
