Welcome to Bermuda Run! A quiet and peaceful private gated community on St. Augustine Beach. This beautiful second floor unit offers stunning direct oceanfront views from every room. This unit has been tastefully updated with comfortable furnishings and designer touches throughout. The spacious living/dining combo provides ample space to comfortably enjoy the stunning views and has direct access to the large private oceanfront balcony. The dining table seats six and the roomy kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals and has bar seating for four. The primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, direct access to the private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, smart TV and access to a second balcony with ocean views. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with pull out trundle, ceiling fan and access to the second balcony. There is a hall bath with a shower/tub combo shared by the second and third bedrooms. Other features include a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, porta crib, highchair, children's books, children's dishes and sippy cups, exterior ground level storage with beach chairs and other beach supplies and a community pool. Many great dining and shopping opportunities near by. Ten minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine. 2 night minimum during the off season and a week during summer. No smoking. No pets.

Spectacular!!! The place was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The view on both private balconies was wonderful. Agents were easy to work with and quick to respond.

Unobstructed ocean and beach view were superb! We saw the rocket Artemis launch…a spectacular experience! Loved our time here and hope to come back. Our granddaughter loved playing in the waves and sand every day. Great location!

This condo is beautiful!! The ocean view was wonderful. It is very clean. The decor is ocean vibe, light and fresh. Many amenities provided. It was comfortable like being at home. This will be my first go to when booking another St Augustine vacation.

This is a very nice condo with a beautiful view and a lot of privacy. The kitchen is well stocked for basic cooking and we found the unit to be very functional and pretty. We did find the bunk beds in the third bedroom to be a little on the small side for my teen boys but we made it work. The property is well maintained, quiet, private, with plenty of parking and very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, downtown St. Augustine and most importantly to delicious ice cream places! The beach is large, so a lot of room for beach tents and beach gear. It’s also nice that the property is next to a nature preserve. Overall, one of the best condos we have rented. Great vacation in one of our favorite places!

The condo was beautifully decorated, fully outfitted with everything (including beach chairs, boards, umbrellas, and tents), and ideally located. Steps to the beach and ocean, which can be seen and heard from the balcony. I especially appreciated that the dunes are healthy and well-maintained here. The balcony is a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee and evening meals. Property managers made everything easy and were very responsive and pleasant to work with, whether it was an email reply before arrival or a need for a lightbulb that went out while on-site. We will absolutely stay here again when in St. Augustine. This property is very peaceful and ideal for families.

This place has a cool vibe, certain areas feel dated but it more than makes up for it in location and amenities. The ocean is a quick walk away with a boardwalk that makes hauling things back and fourth as easy as it can be. The pool is very large and never felt over crowded. Property is located close to lots of activities, downtown, shopping, dining. Host team was super responsive and easy to communicate with.
