Explore all of what Daytona Beach Shores has to offer with restaurants within walking distance, gas station across the street, or take the free golf cart taxi to shops, the Daytona Beach Pier, or more. Your studio condo is fitted with a Queen Bed, linens, kitchen, indoor bistro table, tub/shower, private balcony with screen door and outdoor bistro table, AC, Heat, Ceiling Fan, and 50" TV with cable/streaming service. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, and is furnished with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, plasticware, cleaning supplies and all you will need for your stay. Enjoy the bath towels, hair dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, small cooler, and a beach bag to make your stay comfortable. There is a twin size air mattress and pump in the closet for your use if desired. Located 15 minutes from Daytona International Airport, this gorgeous property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Turn AC up to 72 degrees. Be sure it is on before you leave. Turn on Ceiling Fan

Return all FOBs for resort to key ring hanger. Return parking pass to table

Rinse off beach chairs, cooler, beach bag before returning to storage closet.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Ocean visible from balcony so cute and cozy. Perfect for a getaway. Pool was awesome. Easy access to beach. Robin was so nice and responded quickly. It’s around cute beach shops. I loved our stay.
