Perfect for my needs! Adorable, quaint home with all the amenities one might need. The property is secluded and peaceful. Loved the soaker bath and the extra comfy bed. Extra touches- like electric kettle, locally made sweet treat, and the luxurious robe made the stay feel luxe. I would definitely choose this place again when I return to the area. Loved!

Jon was a very gracious host. Very attentive and easy communication. This peaceful property was tucked away in the most serene spot. The cabin felt very spa like and the fire pit was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be staying there again!

From the minute we booked, Jon was attentive, a great communicator and very thorough. The location of the home was great and the access to Acadia was excellent! The location in where the home sits, is beautiful! The views of the sunrise were breathtaking and the fire pit was a welcome bonus while stargazing at night. The bed was super comfortable and the entire home was clean and had everything you needed in order to be comfortable. We loved celebrating our anniversary in Maine and will definitely put this home on our list when we return.

We booked this property in order to take a mini roadtrip with our new dog. The A frame looked just as advertised; was stylishly furnished and in pristine condition. The grounds were also meticulously cared for…we even met an older gentleman who was happy to chat…he was the groundskeeper there and obviously took pride in his work. The only reason this property received a 4 instead of all five stars, was the awkward start to our stay: we arrived at a few minutes before our 3pm checkin time, and as happens sometimes with middle aged to older men, my husband REALLY needed to use a bathroom. We knew we were early AND at a campground that appeared to minimally occupied, so, not seeing anyone, he headed off to the edge of the woods, aiming to tuck in out of sight. The I was surprised when one of the property management folks suddenly demanding to know who were. Even when I told her, and explained my husband’s predicament, she really laid into me that he couldn’t do that. She calmed down, but still wouldn’t allow for early checkin. Just a bit much. After that, the stay went well. Close to Winter Harbor and Schoodic Peninsula. :)
