City Fun, Modern 1BR Near Downtown Raleigh

Relax and unwind in this modern yet cozy 1-bedroom home, the perfect base for your Raleigh stay. This thoughtfully designed space features a comfortable queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the essential amenities you’ll need for both short visits and extended stays. Unit B features central heating and air conditioning for a comfortable stay. I do note that the thermostat is not accessible in the unit.

the thermostat controls the temperature for the entire house, which includes two separate apartments. Because of this setup, the system is centrally managed to keep both units comfortable.

If at any point the space feels too warm or too cool, just send me the exact temperature you prefer—I’m always happy to adjust it promptly. You’ll also have multiple fans available for added comfort.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, you’ll enjoy a peaceful atmosphere while being just minutes from downtown Raleigh, local dining, and entertainment.

Whether you’re traveling for work, a weekend getaway, or a longer visit, this home offers the ideal balance of convenience and comfort.

We stayed here for a convention in town and it was easy to get to downtown and back from the Vrbo with about a 7 minute drive. Overall, very convenient. The place was super cute and very clean. The host even left a few snack and drink options which was nice! The water gets super hot fast and didn’t run out quickly either. Would recommend if you need a place to stay that’s not too far from downtown!
