The Space:
Sunlight filters through the windows as you ease into the day, the house quiet and unhurried before the parks and pools call. After hours spent exploring Orlando’s nearby attractions, you return to a space that feels open and relaxed, where everyone has room to unwind and reconnect. Evenings slow naturally here, whether you are gathered indoors or enjoying the calm of your own private pool.
Living spaces
The townhouse offers a large living area designed for shared time, with comfortable seating and a TV for relaxed nights ibedn. Air conditioning and ceiling fans help keep the home comfortable year-round, and the open layout makes it easy for everyone to move between spaces without feeling crowded.
Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen anchors the home, giving you the freedom to prepare meals on your own schedule. There is ample space to cook and gather, along with a dining table where breakfasts before park days or easy dinners after long outings come together naturally.
Sleeping arrangements
The home features five bedrooms arranged across two levels, offering flexibility for families and groups:
Downstairs bedrooms include two rooms, each with a king bed.
Upstairs, one bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed plus an additional twin bed.
Another upstairs bedroom features two twin bunk beds.
The fifth bedroom includes a king bed.
Bed linens and extra pillows and blankets are provided for added comfort.
Bathrooms and laundry
There are four bathrooms in total, with bathroom essentials available. A washer and dryer are included, making longer stays or mid-trip refreshes easy.
Outdoor living and pool
Step outside to your private pool, an inviting place to cool off after a warm Florida day. Outdoor furniture creates a simple setting for quiet moments between adventures. Pool heat is available as an option for an additional charge.
Resort access and amenities
Your stay includes free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate resort amenities. Guests can enjoy the community water park, lazy river, resort-style pools, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, sports courts, and golf facilities, all within the gated ChampionsGate community.

Located in Davenport, the townhouse offers easy access to major roads, making trips to Disney World, Universal Studios, shopping, and dining straightforward. A private entrance, smart lock self check-in, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace add everyday convenience, whether you are visiting for a short getaway or a longer stay.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.
Up to (2) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guests reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
