Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located on a Street of Dreams in West Linn, this home's massive island and open floor plan make it the perfect place to stay connected while spending time together.
With 4 bedrooms, a separate office and massive bonus room there is plenty of space for everyone to do their thing, while the open 3 story vaulted layout never lets anyone feel too far from the action.
The space
The entry level connects to the two-car garage with EV Charger, and a large Bonus Room with a 75" TV, massive sectional and half-bath attached.
As you walk upstairs, you are in the main open-concept living area with plenty of seating around the TV and fireplace, as well as a massive kitchen island and kitchen table that seats 8. A custom bar area with a wine and beverage cooler and a walk-in pantry are also nearby. As you walk down the hall on this level you have an office on your left, the laundry room straight ahead, and a half-bath. Lastly, you find the entrance to the master suite, with a King bed, double-vanity spa-like bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
The 3rd level is open to the entire home with a hallway that is open to the area below. This level has the three additional bathrooms and a shared full bath with double-vanities and a tub/shower combination.
Guest access
The entire home is yours to enjoy, including the deck with stairs down to a fenced in manicured back lawn.
Other things to note
The garage has a Level-2 EV charger that can reach to the driveway as well. There is plenty of private parking in the garage, driveway and also street parking.
This is a very upscale and exclusive neighborhood. No loud parties or events are allowed. Work trucks, RVs, Campers, boats or similar vehicles cannot be parked outside at the property or on the street. Maximum capacity is strictly enforced.
Quiet hours outside start at 10pm, but you can still sit out and enjoy the firepit if you are respectful of our neighbors.
