This custom home features a spacious layout, unique finishes and high-end appliances. Distinctive attributes includes a large gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, bar with wine fridge, large stone patio with firepit.

In this four bedroom, 4.5 bath home, sleeps 8 adults in 2 king bed & 2 queen beds comfortably.
The media room and all bedrooms have flat screen televisions. Other amenities include a video game table with 65+ games, 4 gas fireplaces and so much more.

The Pavilion, located on the Old Greenwood property has a fitness facility along with several different types of fitness classes available (see schedule at front desk),
2 outdoor hot tubs, adult lap pool and a separate family pool with a club fee paid at time of booking.
There is also a kids playroom and childcare services 4 & up
The Barefoot Cafe has food and drink available for purchase.
Reservations for golf, spa, tennis/pickleball courts, can be accessed for additional fees, please inquire by calling member services.

With NorthStar being 6 miles away be sure to take advantage of this beautiful resort. At NorthStar you can bike and hike the mountain in the summer time, ski and snow board in the winter! Shop, drink & relax any time of the year!
