The Space:

Sunlight pours through the sliding doors as you step onto the patio, the gentle hum of the heated pool inviting you to dip in before the day’s adventures begin. A soft breeze carries the scent of fresh‑cut grass from the nearby golf courses, while the distant sparkle of Disney’s fireworks promises evening magic. Inside, the spacious living areas echo with laughter, ready for movie nights in the cinema room or friendly competition in the game room.



Sleeping arrangements

The villa features six thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. On the first floor, the ‘Luisa’ bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed. Upstairs, three rooms—‘Mirabel,’ ‘Pepa,’ and ‘Dolores’—each provide a King bed, perfect for couples or anyone craving extra space. The remaining two bedrooms, ‘Antonio’ and ‘Isabela,’ are equipped with Full Bunk Beds, ideal for children or small groups. Altogether, the home sleeps twelve across eight beds, with four well‑appointed bathrooms.



Outdoor living

Your private oasis includes a heated pool that stays inviting year‑round, and a hot tub for soothing evenings under the Florida sky. A spacious outdoor dining area lets you enjoy meals al fresco, while the patio provides a relaxed spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks.



Entertainment and family‑friendly amenities

Beyond the pool, the game room offers hours of fun for guests of all ages. The cinema room sets the scene for cozy movie nights, complete with plush seating. For families traveling with little ones, a Pack ‘n Play and a high chair are provided, ensuring comfort for the youngest guests.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.

The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



There is a device by the door that is a mandatory Pool Safety Alarm. This is required by Florida State Law to prevent accidental drownings, and it is actually functioning exactly as it is designed to.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
