The good parts: It’s a new build, clean, the neighborhood is cute, bathroom lighting and the shower are good. The listing photos match the space. Managers responded very quickly via messages, but they’re not in Seattle and couldn't directly address any issues raised, though they did try to help from afar. Many issues noted in another person’s Feb. 2026 review of the unit remain unresolved. The worst: a difficult to operate, non-intuitive numeric keypad door lock on the only access, a sliding door. The instructions were inadequate. I had to leave it unlocked more than once. Porch lights were blindingly bright and lit the sleeping area at night, despite drapes. It took two days to get those turned off. The main room is lit only by extremely bright ceiling lights. There are no bedside lamps or tables so nighttime things had to go on the floor. The walls are super thin and I could easily hear the neighboring family's barking dog, crying children, conversations, walking on the floor above, and loud nose-blowing. Two bath towels, one hand towel and no washcloths were provided. An extra blanket would have been nice. The “kitchenette” (a closet with an airfryer and Keurig-style coffeemaker) had tea but only decaf coffee pods, and no paper or cloth towels or dish soap.
