The Space:

This stunning 2100 square foot home right in the heart of Lincoln City will serve as the perfect escape during your Oregon Coast vacation. Located on the private drive of Driftwood Lane in Olvia Beach’s newest development, a relaxing stay awaits you at this picturesque hillside retreat that offers stunning ocean views and gorgeous sunsets. This newly constructed vacation rental is equipped with everything you'll need to feel right at home - thoughtfully appointed rooms with stylish but comfortable furnishings all add to the cozy beach feel.



Step inside, and you will find a fully equipped kitchen with room for everyone to enjoy meals at the large island or built-in dining banquette. A large gathering room complete with a gas fireplace, large sectional couch, swivel chairs, ottomans, and a 60-inch Smart TV is the perfect place to bring guests together for whatever the activity may be. Settle in and get cozy in front of one of the two gas fireplaces.



Three wraparound decks with ocean views to the south and the west, complete with gas BBQ for grilling, seasonal table, chairs for outdoor dining, and high-backed Adirondack chairs for enjoying the view and good conversation. The large rooftop deck features a hot tub and seasonal seating that offers unobstructed ocean views to the west and north – best views from any hot tub in the OB!



The Pearl sits adjacent to both of Olivia Beach’s upper community amenities including a playground with a twin tower play structure, steps to take you to the lower community amenities, aseasonal outdoor saltwater heated swimming pool with a deck overlooking the Pacific, a 24/7 year-round fitness center, a large community fire pit, and a sand volleyball court.
