It was good for our family of 6 to stay at. A couple spots that weren't entirely clean. No coffee provided (glad I brought my own). No body wash provided in upstairs bathroom. Liked the decor, the pool was a nice addition for the kids to enjoy, and house was plenty big enough for us. All in all it was a nice getaway stay.
Everything about this property was perfect! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with "happy colors" and a comfortable, welcoming aura. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedding was top quality, and the entire home was beyond clean. No detail was overlooked! The location allows for you to easily walk to the beach, explore town, or just sit on the covered patio and breathe in the ocean air! Highly recommend and will be back!
Property was very clean and welcoming. It was a rainy October stay, so we immediately utilized the heaters and fireplace in the house to warm it up. No shoes are allowed in the house, so make sure to get everything to the front door. The front door is the only entrance and exit to the house so you will bring your items down the covered porch from the parking spot in back. The garage is VERY tight to maneuver into and out. We did not attempt it with a mid-size SUV. The entrance for your vehicle is a couple houses prior to the house you are staying in.The view of the ocean is after a short walk uphill to the stairs shown in the picture, but it is worth it. We would definitely stay again if we are in Oregon.
First time yo Lincoln City. This home is in a beautifully manicured subdivision of unique homes each prettier than the next. Location was perfect steps from the Open Square green and park. Stairs to beach although steep were right at back of property. Comfy beds. Fully accessorized kitchen. Beach towels provided. Adirondack chairs on covered porch. Easy checkin . An absolutely lovely space to explore the Coast.
We came to Olivia Beach for a family reunion. We rented a total of three houses for 11 adults and five kids. We spent time at the beach, used the community pool, golfed, went deep sea fishing, went to the Oregon Coast Aquarium and used the Lincoln City Recreation pool for lap swimming. We enjoyed ourselves and the homes we rented. We particularly enjoyed our rental home. It was clean, very light, thoughtfully decorated and worked out well with the upstairs bedrooms/ sitting area for our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter.
We struggled a bit with the locking system on the front door. It had an overly long entry code that had to be entered multiple times before the house could be opened. I attempted to reach the “local” consultant at the number listed on the front of the house about 3:00 pm. Fortunately we were able to get in, as my phone call was not returned until 9:30 that night. Otherwise, I have no complaints and would happily rent this property again.
