Older home with some funky rooms to get higher occupancy. Very close location for access to freeways, downtown, etc. (1) bedroom had air mattress which was not highlighted in the “bedroom” features. Couch as an option is just…sleep on the couch, not a pull out or hide a bed. No extra pillows - only (2) for a queen bed. Street parking w/some restrictions on days/times/durations. AC units in rooms vs full house AC service. We reserved for (5) nights initially and had to drop (1) night of stay a few weeks ahead of travel but received no credit on overall costs. Yellow coffee table was very flimsy/unstable, Arm came off dining room chair at first seat in it and Owner charged 200 repair fee.

Jane was a good guest. A dining room chair was damaged but she paid for the repairs. It is an older home. There are 2 queen beds and an air mattress in the upstairs rooms. The couch does in fact have a pull out bed. Jane informed me that they wished to change to dates. I spent a long time speaking with VRBO customer service while I was abroad. They changed the dates accordingly and that was reflected on my end but not on hers apparently. I kindly recommended that she contact VRBO customer service to address this, as there wasn’t anything that I could do on my end.
