The Jumping Mullet Guesthouse is a one bedroom, 1 bath designed for a restful stay. Guests enjoy a welcoming living space with heating and AC to keep comfortable year-round. The bathroom is clean and functional, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this excellent house provides a cozy retreat. Conveniently located in downtown within an easy walk to King’s Bay, restaurants and nightlife. Laundry available on site as well as access to fire pit and tiki bar area with gas grill. Owners live on property so we’ll be available to answer your questions and address your concerns. Boat trailer storage available on site. Owner has a tour boat company as well so you’ll be able to jump on a few tours during your stay. WiFi included. 90 day minimum as per city zoning regulations.

My wife and I moved to Crystal River for its slow pace of life and to get back to nature. The waterfront lifestyle ticks all the boxes for us and we hope you will enjoy your stay here with us. We live on the property and will be able to cater to your needs as they arise. The house is ideally situated in Crystal River. While being within walking distance of downtown with all the shops, restaurants and bars, it's also in a quiet neighborhood nestled in a natural habitat with a canal close by where we often see otters, fish and birds. (even the occasional adventurous manatee!) This is a 90 day minimum rental as per city ordinances. Feel free to call Wayne with any questions.
