Ideally situated for exploring the rest of the Island. 145sq.m of living space and the garage basement of 80sq.m. Villa Rhakotis hillside location offers a spectacular sea view. Being 500 flying meters from Lourdas Beach one can even hear the surf of the sea. Set in approx 2000sq.m. of landscaped gardens secured by a drive/entrance gate. Spacious shaded patio areas with BBQ, and dining area. Private pool and terrace. At 500m from Lourdas Village, and 1km away from long sandy Lourdas Beach resort and tavernas.

Villa Rhakotis is furnished to a new and good to a high-quality standard, with a touch of luxury: Spacious inside and out with splendid sea views. The 44m2 pool is cleaned twice a week. We provide a sand-screw and umbrella so you can travel light and it is your chance to enjoy this fantastic Villa. It is a home from home with all the cutlery, and utensils, so you can just relax and soak up the sun
10-15 minute walk downhill to Lourdas beach, which has sunbeds and motorboat hire. Pessada port is also a ten-minute drive where you can catch the ferry to Zante and the neighboring islands of Ithaca and Lefkada can be reached via Fiscardo, Sami, and Ayia Efimia. Kefalonia's airport is 15km from the villa. Car hire is essential.
