Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pool heating is not included and is available upon request for an additional fee. All trash must be taken to the outdoor cans, and the cans placed at the curb next to the mailbox.
Refrigerator & Freezer: Please remove all food and beverages. Do not leave any items behind. Lights & Fans: Turn off all lights and fans. There are multiple switches throughout the home,
Secure and lock all doors. Set thermostat to 75°F. Leave used towels in hallway with stripped bedding beside them. Return all pool, lanai, and dock furniture to original positions.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Correspondence from host to guest need to be replied within 24hrs
Checkout time is 11:00 AM unless approved in advance.Stays beyond this time may result in additional charges due to scheduled cleaning

We really had a blast in south florida. Salt life villa made a great base to call home. Close enough to enjoy the coast from sanibel to the everglades and we did ! We will definatly be back next year.

The host was very welcoming, the house was clean and had a great beach vibe to fix the winter blues. The neighborhood was pretty cool too very quiet. We did walk every morning and it was neat seeing them burrowing owls. The town was close enough to Fort Myers. We enjoyed the non screened pool and the many areas to relax. We would return again.

My husband and I stayed for a week at Salt Life Villa and it was amazing. The outdoor space was definitely the biggest highlight. We really enjoyed floating in the salt water infinity pool. The peaceful sound of the water, melted away stress and distractions. The shaded pool side lanai was a comfortable retreat from the sun’s heat and a wonderful place to relax. The dock and pergola area near the water was perfect for fishing or lounging. The surrounding landscape around the property felt like you were transported to a topical island. The canal water was clear enough to see fish, and we caught snook and snapper from the dock. One morning, we saw a dolphin swimming through the canal. The hosts were very responsive and they wanted to make sure our stay was nothing less than spectacular. We can’t wait to return to this paradise in the future.
