The house was awesome. Very clean, had everything we needed, location was great, close to everything we wanted to do.We’re looking forward to spending summer 2027 at 112B!!

The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The microwave didn’t work and the AC unit was leaking but the host responded immediately to try to fix the problem. Overall, it was a good location and had a nice dock on the bay but the property was much smaller than expected and outdated. The parking spot was very tight and hard to get into.

We were pleasantly surprised that the place looks exactly like the images. The rental was spotless. Good location for quick access to food and beach. Clear and quick communication with Host! We will definitely be booking again

Had a nice stay . Property very clean , lay out of house was great. Kids had great time. Loved the pier outside our rooms , kids were crabbing and fishing . Convenience of walking to beach, walked across street several times for lunch and dinner at carousel. Grandchild loved the carousel skating rink, and loved walking to the pool.
