We fell in love with Fairplay because it offers the "Real Colorado" experience—a perfect balance of rugged adventure and small-town charm. While Breckenridge is just a scenic 45-minute drive over Hoosier Pass, our neighborhood feels like a private sanctuary tucked among whispering pines.

What we enjoy most is the unmatched access to nature. We are surrounded by incredible trails like the Limber Grove Trail (famous for its ancient, twisted trees) and the challenging Decalibron Loop, where you can summit four 14ers in a single day. For those who prefer the water, Fairplay is officially the Trout Fishing Capital of Colorado. The nearby "Dream Stream" and the Middle Fork of the South Park River offer world-class fly fishing that enthusiasts travel from across the country to experience.
