Overall great place and great location. The floors were a little dirty and still wet when we arrived 30 min after 4. Only 2 towels.. Backyard advertised is shared with other tenants.

A great, clean space! However many rules posted inside the house with fragile items (beware dog owners and parents of small children)!

i wish I found this property 3-4 years ago when my son was a freshman. HAThis is top 1% of properties I have stayed at w VRBO. Outstanding find. I highly recommend this. Stacy was awesome and the whole experience was a great surprise.Only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 with check in is because the Cottage unit was one of 2-3 places to knock on - walk up to. but WELL WORTH IT!
