We offer you the cosy “Lobby” apartment at “Landhaus Immenbarg,” quietly located on the outskirts of the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes by bike from the Baltic Sea beach. Ideal for a cycling holiday!
Enjoy your well-deserved holiday on the Baltic Sea and use the “Lobby” as an excellent starting point for relaxing and varied cycling and hiking tours.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment is approximately 28 m² and offers plenty of space for 1 to 2 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday. It features a bright living/bedroom (TV, radio, free Wi-Fi) with a double bed and a well-equipped kitchenette (including a Senseo coffee maker and dishwasher), as well as a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. There is a large closet in the hallway. All windows and French doors are equipped with insect screens. In front of the apartment, a small terrace with patio furniture for 2 people invites you to relax.

We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.


The apartment’s initial supply includes one set of linens per person. The price includes bed linens, towels, a tea towel, and a shower mat. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in an adjacent building for a fee. A clothes drying rack is located in your apartment.


Please note that the neighbouring apartments “Auszeit” and “Lobby” share a common hallway. If needed, you can also rent the 2-room holiday apartment “Auszeit” for 4 people. The entire living unit (“Auszeit” and “Lobby”) is listed as the “Wellness” holiday rental.

Pet owners are welcome at “Landhaus Immenbarg” with their pets (maximum of 1 dog). Dogs must be kept on a leash inside the house and on the property. Additional fees apply for bookings with a dog.


A bike rental shop and a horseback riding centre are located nearby. Via the well-developed bike and hiking trails, you can easily reach the Warnemünde golf course, the wide Baltic Sea beach, and city centre Warnemünde.
You can park your car right next to the house in your own free parking space and store your bicycles in a lockable, covered communal area.

Visitors’ tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled persons with 80% or more disability, accompanying persons only if the severely disabled person 100% and a registered service dog
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services bookable directly with the property owner upon request for a separate fee:
