LáInformacion y instrucion recebidas no es clara y todo esta en espanol. Nosotros no hablamos espanol y tuvimos dificuldad para entender. Lá Chica que nos atendido, Samanta, no fue , nada simpática, que acabava de volver de vacaciones y no sabia de que alquiler estabamos hablando, nos trato com arrogância y antipatia. Y mentras esperávamos lá entrega de la llave, ella se levanto, ha presto la llave en elBuzon delante de nosotros y mando um mensaje por telefono sabiendo que estávamos esperando em lá puerta de láAgência que estaba abierta. Cuando cuestione porque no nos dana la llave en manos, ella Dino que porque está ocupada com palmadas y para ellaÉs mas fácilQue abrimos elBuzon, ai que eram 17:00 Y Palau cierra a lãs 20:00.Tracto muy malo y sin profesionalidad. Recomendo que revisem el tracto com losClientes.
