Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Jacksonville. Die Lage ist super: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 7 Minuten, der Flughafen in 10 Minuten und der Strand in etwa 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte einen schönen Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Das Bett war bequem, ausreichend Handtücher waren vorhanden und die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber vorhanden. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Obwohl wir zu dritt waren, gab es an der Breakfastbar nur zwei Sitzmöglichkeiten. Einen separaten Esstisch gab es nicht.Der Gemeinschaftspool ist groß und es gibt einige Liegen. Das Gym ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Weniger einladend war dagegen der Gemeinschaftsgrillplatz mit Kohlegrill, der abgenutzt wirkte und noch Essensreste aufwies.Durch die Lage am See gibt es viele Enten, was grundsätzlich zur natürlichen Umgebung gehört. Leider sammelten sie sich auch im Treppenhaus und hinterließen dort deutliche Spuren, wodurch es teilweise unangenehm roch. Hier wäre etwas mehr Reinigung wünschenswert.Insgesamt eine saubere Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung und praktischer Lage für einen Aufenthalt in Jacksonville. Mit ein paar Verbesserungen bei den Gemeinschaftsbereichen wäre noch mehr drin!
